The above tariff includes the Following Facilities: (subject to availability)
- Centrally Air Conditioned Hi-tech Auditorium with reclinable cushion seats for 1000 members.
- Well equipped kitchen with steam heating facilities for 1250 members.
- Dining Hall with necessary furniture and seating capacity for 300 members.
- Spacious 8 Non A/C double rooms attached to the auditorium.
- Free kitchen maintenance up to 2000 members.
- Electricity supply.
- Generator backup.
- Security Guard – 2 persons.
Note:
- All payments must be made by RTGS, Cheque, or DD only – NO CASH.
- Other than the above-mentioned tariff, NO amount is to be paid to the Sangha or Sangha’s staff members.
- Timings: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Booking must be done through the Online / Website only.
- All booking documents must be uploaded.
- Booking confirmations will be received only after the advance payment.
- For cancellations, charges will be applicable (refer to Booking Application page No. 5).
- Social Service & School Organizations and Amavasye bookings must be made in the name of organizations only.
- For Uttarakriye, a discounted rate is applicable for members.
